“A vibrant LIVE-WORK-PLAY BUSINESS HUB set in a lush green northern waterfront"

With new transport connections, fresh commercial space and room to grow, Woodlands Regional Centre is set to realise its full potential as Singapore’s Northern Gateway. As well as providing a direct connection to the city centre, the Thomson MRT line will host an interchange station with the future cross-border rail link to Malaysia. Comprising the districts of Woodlands Central and Woodlands North Coast, Woodlands Regional Centre has 700,000sqm of new commercial space planned and more than 100ha of developable land for expansion, which is comparable to other regional hubs such as Jurong Lake District and Tampines Regional Centre.

Woodlands is set to grow into a Distinct Regional Hub with obvious benefits for BELLEWOODS EC residents. Invest in your future NOW!

THOMSON EAST COAST MRT

The Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) is a joint line between the Thomson Line and the Eastern Region Line.

The 43km TEL will add 31 new stations to the existing rail network, with 7 interchange stations, which will link to the East-West Line, North-South Line, North-East Line, Circle Line and the Downtown Line.

Commuters can start enjoying the TEL in stages from 2019.

NEW NORTH-SOUTH EXPRESSWAY

The North-South Expressway (NSE) is Singapore’s eleventh expressway. It will run parallel to the Central Expressway (CTE) to alleviate the traffic load on the heavily utilised CTE as well as nearby major arterial roads such as Thomson Road and Marymount Road.

The NSE will connect the city centre with towns along the north-south corridor—Woodlands, Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan and Toa Payoh—via 16 in-ramps and 17 out-ramps.

To improve the overall connectivity of the road network, the expressway will also intersect and provide links to existing expressways including Seletar Expressway (SLE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP).
